We currently have an opening for a talented and motivated Product Admin Support I. This is an associates level position where the incumbent will assist the processing and collection of information needed to support product expansion as well as maintenance initiatives. This position will also provide coordination of special projects as requested. The lucky person will be located at our Boulder, CO office.
Main duties will include:
Support of item upload process to gather item specs, and other data driven details
Enhancing existing product information to support differentiated details and attributes
Processing cost changes and preparing in excel format for review
Running reporting and submitting data to support billback programs
Support of rebate tracking process
Misc. proofing as necessary
2 years college or equivalent experience. This is an Associate level position with the opportunity to grow you career within marketing and product.
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office suite. Advanced knowledge of Excel
At least 1 year previous experience required. Experience with ERP software preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Must have competency in Microsoft Office
Process & technology experience a plus
