Essential Job functions:
• Support of item upload process to gather item details necessary for our ERP system for new items as required by larger customers
• Support of the Request for Proposal quoting and preparation process
• Entering new products processed through the ERP system and extended information necessary to sell to our larger customer base if applicable
• Product information gathered and prepared for web visibility
• Maintenance during transitions driven by customers as accounts are implemented
• Processing cost changes and preparing in excel format for review as needed
• Misc. proofing as necessary

Supervisory Responsibility:
No Supervisory Responsibilities with this position

Education or Formal Training:
2 years college or equivalent experience

No certifications required for this position

Experience Required:
Previous office/admin support experience required
Restaurant experience a plus

Technical Knowledge:
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office suite
Excel advanced user – Experience with v-look-ups, use basic Excel formulas, sorting, and data comparisons.
Experience with ERP software preferred

Travel Requirements:
No travel required for this position

Working Conditions: Office Environment

Physical Requirement: Position requires individual to utilize a computer for long periods of time
