About the Job:
We are seeking a sharply focused, entrepreneurial, highly ethical, and motivated Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast paced competitive environment. Not to mention an outstanding view! You’ll need a passion for engaging with customers and a desire to drive positive sales growth through customer retention. You’ll work with a team of sales professionals who focus their efforts on educating our customers about the 60,000 products we provide and the solutions we can offer for the everyday challenges they face.

Job Requirements:
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota.
• Regularly meeting and exceeding the department activity expectations.
• Qualifying customers effectively and recording appropriate data in Salesforce.
• Actively participating in meetings, training sessions and individual professional development and skill building.
• Managing time effectively, meeting personal goals and working effectively with other members of the organization.
• Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Creating and entering new customer account data.


Other duties may include:
• Interacting with customer service to effectively manage:
o Research
o Order fulfillment.
o Entering orders and quotes.
o Other issues: returns, damages, short shipments, credits, etc
• Handling “Code Red” occurrences.
• Assisting with Counter duties.
• Visiting customers and/or participating in trade shows.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Education Or Formal Training Required:
High school or equivalent, College degree preferred.
Demonstrated sales success preferred.
Industry experience a plus.

Certifications:
No certifications are required for this position

Job Qualifications:
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Have computer experience and be comfortable with evolving technology.
• Be self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Possess good organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions: Office Environment

Physical Requirement: Position requires individual to utilize a computer for long periods of time
