About the Job
This position has been designed to own the strategy, administration, tracking, and enhancement of various online marketing/merchandising channels, web features, and other initiatives in an effort to enhance our visibility and stickiness online and increase the revenue of www.eTundra.com. The Essential Job Functions will be tailored to each person in this role based on areas of ownership. Essential Job Duties:
•Email Marketing: Responsible for full life-cycle email program
-Outline life cycle email process for promotional and service related emails, determining various formats: Newsletter, product blast, replenishment, product reviews, abandoned cart, reengagement etc.
-Requires expertise in rules around canned SPAM and tactics used to ensure both compliance and maximum exposure for our brand messaging
-Enhance promotional list rules and segmentation
-Work with manager to identify and track against specific financial targets for email growth, health, and overall performance
-Identify and own initiatives geared toward scaling email list and overall performance
-Identify and own email testing strategy to constantly tune and improve program results based on -
•Project and Vendor Ownership:
-Responsible for various projects/initiatives beginning to end, working with team to establish priority, creating requirements, checking in on development progress, testing, implementation, and post-launch reporting
-Responsible for various vendor relationships (e.g. Email vendor), maintaining terms, term dates, negotiating rates based on volume, keeping abreast of competitors in the those market, tracking vendor performance
-Web Category Owner
-Responsible for the web assortment, presentation, categorization, and promotions related to specific categories or verticals within the Tundra Catalog
-Through competitive analysis and customer feedback, build unique selling experiences and content within each category to drive trial or incremental sales
-Work with marketing channel owners like PPC, and SEO to support promotional needs in order to drive volume within specific categories
Required Job Qualifications:
•2+ years in email marketing
•2+ years web marketing experience with proven results (channels beyond email)
•1+ years experience in ecommerce merchandising a plus
•Posses excellent writing and grammar skills
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Strong computer skills
•Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
